rise in CA125

When CA125 is being used to monitor for a recurrence of Ovarian Cancer and it shows an increase after 6 months, how often should it be checked to see if it is significant?

Thank you so much. The chemo oncologist wants to do it in 3 months.  I see the GYN oncologist in about 3 weeks.

Each doctor is different, also the amount of time someone is out from diagnosis may make a difference, the level in the rise of the CA125 could also play a part in the next blood test.

Some people go every 3 weeks, some every 6 weeks and some every 3 months.
