scared for tumor & cancer

Hi iam 29yrs i have operation last May 2011 i left my right falopian tube & this last nov. i have severe pain in pelvis bloating,swelling, feeling full noisy in my stomach, dizzy,ON OFF temperature i go to my GP i said to him that i feel i have cyst he dont do anything he said he its a NORMAL???he will set an apointment for me to OB i need to wait for 4 weeks? iam in PAIN why 4 weeks?? i decided to go private clinic because of pain I READ IN MY REPORT that i have endometrial polyps& two large endometriomas 7 cm then i give the report to my new GP he sent me to OB i have MRI pelvis lower abdomen examination : in the report :

Large Bilateral pelvic masse, 2 ovary cysts [10&7 cm]? nature,thick endometrium 2.2 cm chronic pelvic pain [urgent] iam scared also because my OB sent me letter for blood test & scan again iam scared for tumor or cancer :( i hope this is not cancer i still pain more than a month i am scared to have a operation again i don't have history in my family cancer or tumor even cyst :( someone same with my symptoms i hope not tumor or cancer..

If you have cysts on both ovaries it may not be cancer. Usually but not always you only have cancer in one ovary. Also if they thought it was Cancer they would probably have you in for an appointment sooner. I know it is scary. Hopefully it is something annoying and not scary. Doctors have top rule things out. Most of the time things with me are not as scary as I make them out to be in my mind. Sounds like your doctor is thorough and that is good.

Hang in there it is no fun waiting for answers. I have just had more practice with Doctors since I have had MS since the age of 2. It is hard.
