CA125 - Significant Decrease

My Mom was diagnost with ovarian cancer three months ago and her reading are as follows:

Current:  27.2
2nd Reading: 321
1st  Reading: 348

Could this be correct?

If you have the written results of all three tests, then yes, it could be if she's had any treatment since her dx.  However, you've given very little information for anyone to voice their opinion and we are not doctors on this forum.  So with that said, this is my nonprofessional opinion.

Has your mother had chemo? I am not familiar with how quickly the numbers should be going down, but in general, if the chemo is working, the CA-125 should be headed in a downward direction.

Hey Dave.  If these numbers are your mom's CA125 they are going in the right direction!
It is usually  called "normal" in the 0 - 35 range.  
Your mom's numbers are very encouraging......I am happy for both of you.  I hope it continues.
