swollen ovary and endometrial polyp

I will be 40 on Oct. Aug 04 I noticed pain in L ovary, painful sex, bleeding after sex and peculiar bleeding and discharge between periods. It got so bad this May 05, I finally went in. I had a 5cm L ovary, a cyst that the Dr. let burst on its own, (twice) an abnormal pap (atypical squamos cells), and CA125 of 20. 5weeks later a follow up ultrasound showed a mass (not fibroid, possible polyp) in the fundal portion of uterus, in the endometrial/myometrial interface, that apparently wasnt there prior. I had a D&C, hysteroscopy, and laporoscopy Aug 3rd, and am waiting for biopsy path. I dont feel well, swollen glands, very sore neck, no appetite, nausea, diahrea, and weak, basically just unwell. The GYN said maybe the flu, but wants to wait and see. I am still having all of the same pains I had before surgery, on left side. She said she removed some "adhesions" there, as well as the uterine polyp. Do they biopsy the adhesions as well? I am sure your professionalism prevents you from diagnosing online, but can you please offer me "any" speculations as to the chances of this being cancer as I await results?

I am 23 years old and I am worried about having swollen ovary. I also struggle with my left one. In March they removed a cyst off my left side and put me on birth control thinking it would help. A couple weeks ago I got a severe pain in my lower left pelvic area, I went to the ER and they told me the left side was swollen but they could not see a cyst. I saw a specialist and I go back in for laproscopy on Friday the 14th of September. I'm in so much pain I wish they would just take it out. I also share the pain down the left leg and into my back. Please post what you find out. I am hoping your diagnosis will help me find mine.
