my ultra sound came back normal, so i guess i do just have a bad case or ibs, this sucks but is so much better than wnat most of you hav gone thru, i feel very blessed and lucky good luck to all of you and never lose hope. merry christmas all

Good news for you!  My Urologist recommended an OTC probiotic called Culturelle available at major pharmacies to assist with abdominal distress issues.  I personally haven't tried it yet, but it's worth looking into.  I feel better taking the natural approach first.  She said it may take 4-6 weeks before a difference is noted.  Good Luck.

Good news! We like to hear that. Nice to hear that before Christmas.

There are probiotics at your health store also. Eating yogurt and miso are good too. Best of luck with the IBS. There may be something in your diet that is causing this. Some people are allergic to dairy. Try and find the culprit.
