transvaginal sonogram

If my transvaginal sonogram came back normal, does that mean I DO NOT have ovarian cancer... or is it still possible?

Here there,
we have no screening test for ovarian cancer. a test result needs context.
age
family history
symptoms
previous history of cancer
exam findings

best wishes

I am 38, with no family history, no previous cancer, recent weight gain in abdomen, some intermittent pelvic pain, spotting for 4-5 days before my period, and increased frequency in urination.  No unusaul findings in pelvic exam... a small cyst and fibroid and slight pain on palpitation of ovaries.
