i guess they found the right ovary with just the normal ultrasound bc it says pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound were performed. the uterus was 8 x 5.4 x 4.3 cm. the endometrial strip is 1.2 cm in thickness. and the right ovary is 3.4 x 3.4 cm and the left ovary is 4.1 x 2.4 cm. small amount of free fluid is identified in the pelvis. small follicular cysts are identified in both ovaries.

That's really good.  I am glad to hear that.  You still need to figure out what is causing your pain. Are you feeling any better?  I hope so.  Take care.
