7.6 cm Right Adnexal Cyst

I was recently diagnosed with a 7.6 cm right adnexal ovarian cyst with some low level internal echoes and no definite solid component. I see my gyno Thursday but I am really scared this could be cancer or that I will need surgery. Also has anyone had any luck with the castor oil packs shrinking cysts.

I overlooked your post. What is the status of your cyst? Did you have surgery?
