Complex adnexal mass

Hi can you please help me

my symptoms are frequent urination and constipation

i have an adnexal mass my ob said that it paraovarian complex
my first us the size was 2.4 x 2.5 x 2.4cm
after one month
the size 2.05x1.65 cm

my question is can this be malignant
im having another scan for a second opinion after my period
im just so scared
my obgyn want to see after 6months

I went for another us the adnexal cyst is gone but now i have many but small cyst in my right ovary and a nabothian cyst......
I guess im just a cystic person
Do you think its best to just have my right ovary taken out

This is very unlikely to be malignant given its small size and the fact that it stayed the same size over 1 month (even got smaller).  Nothing is 100% of course but this picture is not consistent with malignancy.
