Hey - I'm 21, I don't know anything about relation to pregnancy in this instance but I can share my experience....well...I had a scan which intiially identified '"Left ovary contains unilocular, solid, anechoic, avascular cyst (46 x 31 x 40 mm). Within posterior wall is a solitary papillation measuring 5 x 5 x 4 mm, no vascularity demonstrated. This may represent a retracting clot'
However my next scan said:
The previously reported left ovarian cyst is identified again today measuring 45 x 29 x 40mm. The solid focal lesion measures 6 x 5 x 6mm and demonstrates posterior enhancement. There is no significant change in size or appearances from the previous scan. No vascularity identified. Otherwise normal appearances to the surrounded left ovarian tissue.

Im having it removed in July, however my doctor has warned me over and over that its not sinister and not to worry. They don't really give much info about what it is and I know the best thing to do is consult with your GP or specialist just to get the results explained fully!
I didn't see the first post and I reposted. Then it showed the original, of course. Apologies for a double.
