Cyst dissolve in cycle?

Hi.
I was diagnosed with a cyst at the end of August.  I had 2 ultrasounds.  I got the 2nd ultrasound results today and it is gone.  How could my cyst have dissolved?  Especially one the size of a tennis ball?  Perhaps during the cycle as I had bad pain then.  How can something that size shrink?

Hi.
Thanks.  It must have.  I just don't get it. I thought for sure one that size, I'll need surgery to get it removed.  Everyone and I are surprised.  I had more pain than usual during the cycle, so must have been. Miracle.
