Cyst removal

I had a cyst remove many years ago and I’m still bloated they had to take the ovarie on the right side because the cyst was attached to it and they accidentally cut my bladder doing it. Why am I still bloated I didn’t say anything because at the time we were both worried about the bladder. My husband reminded me that I wasn’t so bloated until I had that surgery so now I’m wondering about it since now I have a lot of abdominal issues

Has your bladder function returned to normal? If so then that wouldn't seem to be the problem at this point. What about your kidneys? Removal of even one ovary has been shown to reduce ovarian hormones which could be to blame. Also, adhesions / scar tissue can affect bowel function. So lots of factors at play here.
