Do these results seem harmless??????

he right ovary measures 4.7 cm x 4.6 cm x 3.8 cm. Right ovarian enlargement is secondary to a heterogeneous ovoid complex cystic right ovarian lesion which measures 4.1 cm x 3.8 cm x 3.6 cm. There is normal right intra-ovarian blood flow.

You have a complex cyst on your ovary. Most ovarian cysts (even complex ones) are benign. A woman who does not have a family history of ovarian cancer has a less than 2% lifetime risk of getting OC.

This cyst may go away on its own so the typical plan would be to monitor it via periodic ultrasounds IF you do not have a family history of ovarian cancer and it does not look particularly suspicious.
