I am gaining weight day by day. Please help me. Give me a solution. Why doctors asking metfomin to drink.

Metformin is a drug to treat insulin resistance which can lead to diabetes. That, along with the "enlarged ovary" makes it sound like you have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome." A strand of pearls pattern of cysts on the ovaries is one of the classic symptoms of this metabolic disorder.

If you are overweight, I've read that losing some weight can normalize the menstrual cycle as well as restore insulin resistance.
