Thanks for the responce

I guess when they put everything in MM instead of CM the numbers sound larger to me!

My main reason was right hip pain (bursitis)after a MRI stated that there was issues with my right ovary. I always had heavy bleeding and pain for last few periods.  So off to the OB/GYN now U/S and I have an appt 2morrow to go over the results.

I have my tubes tied and 4 children

So I dont want to go the pill or hormone treatment

I want a hysterectomy, which I asked for 7 yrs ago with my last c section, but Dr said No!

Millimeters (mm) are really small.  A maximum diameter cyst of 19 mm is .748 inches or 1.9 cm.  Centimeters (cm) is the usual measurement for cysts so if they are using mm, the numbers are really small.  Doesn't look like anything big is going on based on those little numbers.  I looked up Nabothian cysts and they are almost always benign and likely to go away on their own (sometimes removed).  Endometrium sounds like normal range.

Enlarged uterus....unknown what it means, but found this on the Web as to what is considered normal:

"A "normal" uterus is typically the size and shape of an upside down pear and weighs somewhere around 6 ounces. Its dimensional size is about eight to ten centimeters by six centimeters (roughly 3-4 inches by 2 ½ inches). "

Your measurements are 5 inches by 2.5 inches by 1.8 inches.  Not that much bigger than normal.

What was the reason for the Ultrasound?  Pain?  Maybe you had a ruptured cyst that is causing some post-rupture swelling, fluid and pain.  Might have an infection from the rupture.

Get a good night's sleep.  I'm not a doctor, but I'm keeping positive thoughts that you won't hear anything upsetting tomorrow.
