I'm curious to know the fitness level of women before surgery and if you think it had/has a factor in your recovery?
thanks in advance for your input.

Being in good shape before surgery is very helpful during your recovery.  Andeflora is right when she said that the body may heal quicker when it is in shape.  It also cuts back some of the possible complications that could occur during surgery.  When is  your surgery again, I forgot?

The fitness level of any person is very instrumental in recovering from surgery of any kind. If the muscle are in shape they tend to go back to normal quicker. Healthy muscle tissue has more elasticity than muscle that is not conditioned and strong.
