I 'm 53, small frame I have a golf size cyst on left side. Can a cyst that size cause bloating & constipation?

It makes me angry when doctors deny the problems that cysts can cause.  Those of us that had cysts had these symptoms, and just like that, the symptoms were gone after the cyst was removed.  Coincidence?  I doubt it. Doctors "practice" medicine.  They still need to listen and learn from their patients.  Not everyone gets the same set of symptoms.  Which symptoms we get depends on how the cyst is situated.

My constipation issues were horrifically bad when I had a cyst and I treated the problem on my own by adding more fiber to my diet, just for a normal life.  Now if I added that same amount of fiber to my diet, I would never be out of the bathroom.

Cysts can press on the bowels and cause them to react in unpleasant ways.

Yes, it can.  Those are fairly classic symptoms of a cyst.
