Groin Pain with Ovarian Cysts question please

Arthritis is in hip joints...yes that could be the cause of that...but so could the ovarian cysts I have.  How can you
be sure?  I don't want hip surgery then find out I have pain still.  Any advise is so appreciated.  I NEED to walk!!
Groin pain is disabling me.
Thank you.
