Endo and ovarian cysts

I have a complex ovarian cyst 3.1cm. I keep getting told 8 weeks and we will do another ultrasound. At this point I have waited 8 months and gone through I don’t even know how many pelvis I ultrasounds and still no surgery or anything. They just keep saying we will check on it in another 6-8 weeks. I was surgically diagnosed with endo and had a simple ovarian cyst removed in 2019. I am 32. I still have both ovaries and uterus. They don’t want to take out my right ovary (the one that keeps growing cysts) because they said “it’s healthy.” So I’m fine taking it out if that will help because I’m done with all of these cysts that keep growing. Plus I read that a complex cyst has a higher rate of being cancerous than a simple cyst. My dr didn’t help me at all and just had her assistant tell me to schedule another ultrasound in 8 more weeks. As I am in constant pain this timeframe doesn’t work for me. I need immediate help from someone. Pleas help! I have no idea what to do next. I don’t know how to get help or have anyone listen.
Symptoms: bloating, constipation, headaches, right side gripping and stabbing pain with pelvic, groin, leg and back pain as well, nausea, lack of appetite, emotions everywhere, sore breasts, pain with sex, fatigue and weakness.

I'm sorry you are dealing with this. Interestingly, I had a larger (9.5cm) cyst and had only one day of pain and no other symptoms besides snug pants. So you've had this same cyst for 8 months? Has it just grown slowly or stayed pretty much the same size? It's pretty standard to avoid surgery until the cyst gets to ~7cm since the large majority of cysts (even complex ones) are benign. Could your symptoms be from endo and not so much from the cyst? I know it can be hard to tell.  

If you do end up having surgery, it's best to have just the cyst removed (cystectomy) since there are increased health risks associated with having only one ovary.
