Has anyone had trouble with heavy watery discharge?

I've recently been having trouble with a heavy, watery discharge for a few days after my period ends.  This has been happening for a few months so I went to the doctor.  I also had a LGSIL Pap in July after having 2 years of normal range paps. The dr redid my Pap and it came back more abnormal and HGSIL which they said was high grade. They also said there were some normal endometrial cells in my Pap.  I did blood work which was all normal as were my thyroid and hormone tests.  I was HPV positive in 2011. Don't think they retested that. I'm 43 but still getting monthly periods.
They did an ultrasound and found I have cysts on and in my left ovary ( the largest was 5cm). My right ovary was removed 2  years ago- doctor thought I had a huge cyst,  but during surgery found endometriosis adhesions has bound my ovaries and bowel together. He clean out the adhesions and took the ovary and tube out.

I'm scheduled Thursday for a endometrial biopsy and colposcopy.  I'm worried they think it's something cancerous with all the tests they are doing. Anyone have anything similar? Thank you!!!
