Is this a symptom of ovarian cyst? Need your opinions please!

I was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst on my right ovary a few days ago, with all the classic symptoms.  But I was wondering if breast tenderness is a symtpom. They are full, encorged and very tender to the touch.  They feel like when I would go too long and needed to pump when I was breastfeeding my daughter. They also get very hot, burning feeling at times.  Is this part of having an ovarian cysts? or do I need to be concerned that there is something else wrong with me, like being pregnant (there is a possibility)?

Thanks ladies. All my pregnancy tests have come back negative. This is my first time having a cyst and I just wanted to see if the boob symptom was part of the deal.

I had very sore and swollen breasts when I had my cysts.  And I swelled up looking 6 months pregnant.  They bring a lot of interesting symptoms to the table.

Mine feel that way too! I was told 10/27 I have 4 cysts on my left, and only, ovary. They are not functional cysts so I guess they are complex.

But the last few days especially, my lower belly is swollen, and my breasts feel very heavy and sore and tender as well. But, the boob thing could just be because my period is due any day.

Cysts affect hormones and boobs are affected by hormones, so I would think the cysts very well could be the culprit. Are you near your period or is there any chance you may be pregnant?
