Only about 70% ovary left after laproscopic surgery, can I conceive?

dr removed cyst this time and was able to save my only ovary, well most of it. I’m trying to conceive now. Is someone else is in the same situation and would like to know how long does it take to conceive and is it possible. I’m having regular periods except one time when my period was late 10 days. Thanks

I can't speak from personal experience but just wanted to wish you luck with conceiving. It may take longer and/or require treatment but hopefully it will happen. :)
