Ovarian cyst & pregnancy

HI iam in late 20`s. I had an ovarian cyst of almost 8cm which was operated and removed a year ago. Now iam trying to get pregnant for more than 4 months but no results yet.I have had a regular checkups by Gynic until 6 months back.everthing is normal.
Is it usual to take this long to get pregnant. Biopasy of the cyst came out to be non canceroues. Do i need to take any specific vitamins to have a hostile enviroment for the egg to form?

I concieved both of my children with 1 ovary (because of surgery I had to remove my right ovary and fallopian tube when I was 16) and i found out I was pregnant with my second child when 2 cysts ruptured and i was taken to the ER. I have two boys ages 12 and 8....hang in there because you will get pregnant it just takes some time. I hope this helps you! :)
