Ovarian enlargement plus cysts and growth

Hello I have Ben bleeding very heavily for 22 days it has just stopped huge clots even with doubling up protection I was bleeding through every half hour have been through over 140 tampons plus pads endless washing sheets etc.  I went to docs to follow up some blood tests I have hashimotos and was feeling exhausted sleeping up to 3 hours in the day while kids at school while I was there for results I mentioned bleeding we went back over records and he came across one that said 18 months ago I had a 4cm cyst nobody told me he was shocked and sent me for an ultrasound and they ended up doing a tv as well.  They found an 89ml ovary and a 6ml ovary. (How big is that in cm does anyone know I know 89ml is overv4x what is normal) on the 89ml ovary there is also a septated cyst with flow 6.9cm the other ovary also has a cyst I think not sure size. My uterus is antiverted and inflamed.  There is also a 2cm growth with feeder vessel in my endmetrim. I have no private cover the doctor sent an urgent letter to the hospital for gynealogical appointment they finally came back with 24th November.   I'm terrified that's 12 weeks away should I be worried.  Have had bloating extreme exhaustion period finally stopped pain in shoulder blades bum and thighs.  Any advice very gratefully received.  I've recently left a 26 year relationship married 20 years and have 2 young children very scared for the waiting.....

I know our minds tend to think the worst but most ovarian cysts go away on their own. And most are benign (non-cancerous), even ones that look suspicious and have to be surgically removed. Do you mean the ovary is 89mm not 89ml? 89mm = 8.9cm which would seem reasonable being that the cyst is 6.4cm. The 2cm growth in your endometrium may be a fibroid since those are very common and rarely cause for concern since they're benign. Many women have an antiverted uterus.

Hashimoto's can mess with the menstrual cycle. Optimizing your thyroid meds may help the bleeding. I don't know if thyroid issues play into ovarian cysts or not.

I had a 9.5cm ovarian cyst that was benign but I was overtreated. My gyn removed my uterus and both ovaries and I've been suffering the nasty effects ever since (11 years).

Best of luck to you in getting proper treatment. Keep us posted.
