Overian chocolate cyst come back again

My wife(28Yrs old, have no baby) got a chocolate cyst 13 cm. we had a open surgery at october 2018. we were in touch with our physician.June 30, 2019 our doctor do a tvs and found two chocolate cyst one is 5cm at left overy and another 3 cm right overy. what can we do now. please help. our doc suggest ivf for baby.

I'm sorry you and your wife are dealing with this. Chocolate cysts are the same as endometriomas. I've read that they don't always need treatment and they don't always cause fertility problems. I wish you the best in conceiving!
