Pain between inner left thigh and vagina 4years no treated yet

i had have removed ovarian cyst last month due to inner left vaginal pain. urine and blood test OK. ultrasound left ovary have 7cm cyst. CT scan with contrast shown endometriosis thicknesses 0.5mm and urinary tract infection. bladder / fallopian tube infection. The problem is after removed ovarian cyst, I'm still having the same pain on inner left vagina and thigh / buttock. then underwent MRI with contrast, thought is pelvic congestion syndrome as it is quite similar pain as im sitting/standing feel the pain. only relief pain when lying down. but report out shown endometriosis thicknesses 1.1cm and 2cm ovary cyst on left side.  left toe change purple color sometimes. seek vascular, urologist, gynae, acupuncture can't help. now trying physiotherapy.
