For right and left ovary problems you can use Camu-Camu  (Myrciaria dubia) or IP-6 capsules for next three months

Being scared is completely normal, but surgery to remove your cysts may end up saving your life. I had a cyst burst and I bled internally for three days without knowing. I ended up losing my entire left ovary due to the damage. I know it's hard to face having surgery, but there are many resources you can utilize to voice your fears and concerns. If you can get in earlier than six months from now, please don't pass on the opportunity, especially when you are dealing with such pain due to your cysts. Keep us posted!

Are you meaning your birth control pill? If you're due for your period it could be causing the cysts to cause more pain? I had a fairly steady ache/pain when I had my cysts. I'm also a larger girl, but didnt wait for the weight to come off before going for surgery, I went when they could get me in instead. How long will you have to wait to have surgery now?
