I like someone a months ago... chatting and started to love her. But I heard that she has one ovary removed a year ago. How it affects in future relationship...

Having only one ovary may impair fertility as well as lead to an earlier menopause along with some health problems. However, it seems that the other ovary can sometimes sort of take over for the one that was removed. There are some studies on the effects of "unilateral oophorectomy" but I don't know if any address fertility.
