What could be causing my left hip/groin pain? Could it be a cyst

I am a 31 year old female with a history of endometriosis and ovarian cysts. I had a hysterectomy back in 2014. For the last 2 months I have had an aching sometimes sharp pain in my lower left side. It seems to get worse with a full bladder and will radiate to my hip. Does this sound like a cyst or a UTI or maybe a pulled muscle? Any advice you can offer is helpful and appreciated.

It's hard to say. It could be a cyst. It could be endometriosis. Or any number of other things. An ultrasound may be a good idea. Let us know what you find out.
