can anyone interpert CT results?

I just got back results from a CT I had last week. Can anyone please tell me what it means?  All the doctor said was to have another ultrasound in 6 weeks. This has already been going on for three months :(

"There is a large mildly complex cystic lesion within the right hemipelvis measuring up to 6 x 4.3 x 5.6 cm in greatest dimension. This lesion may contain a septation or nodular enhancement superiorly as well as a possible daughter cyst inferiorly measuring  up to 1.6 cm. Mild free fluid is noted within the cul-de-sac.
There is prominent hypodensity within the endometrial canal, presumably related to the endometrium."

Thank you for your help!

I don't know what it means, but that's really awful they just told you to come back in 6 weeks without helping you. I'm sorry :(
