can you pass a cyst through the vagina?

okay..im 16, and NOT sexually active. i had surgery in december and they removed a cyst and told me i had endometriosis...OKAY..so they put me on birth control and i havent had a period in bout 2 months..well i got my period and later on in the day..i went to the bathroom and something fell out...THERE IS NO WAY IM PREGGO. lol it looked like a little bag (the size of a half dollar maybe a lil bigger) red, and had like a white thing like a line wrapped around it..kinda..its hard to describe. what is going on?

It could just be heavy thick menses.  When I was young, my first periods were like that -- where I passed thick soft clots.  Since you missed having a period for a couple of months, then your uterine lining may have thickend up a lot.  Once it began to shed during your period, you were seeing what amounts to a really heavy flow.  The white line you refer to, is probably just a mucous string.

Regardless, talk to your doctor.

Regular ovarian cysts, no. Abnormal growths within the uterus, possibly.
