irregular periods problem

I had ultrasound yesterday and in my ultrasound results are as follow. anechoic follicle in right ovary with 6mm in length and in left it 9mm in legth.. am suffering from irregular periods from two months.. what treatment should be prefered for this problem please suggest me.

Those cysts sound like a normal part of the menstrual cycle. Your period has only been irregular for two months so there's no need to worry. It's not unusual for our cycles to go a little wonky sometimes.

Doctor gave me primolut n for 10 days (3 tablets each day).Is it fine to take these tablets for periods???
Primolut is a progestin. It may regulate your period. I'm not familiar with dosing... did not realize it may be prescribed to take more than 1 per day.
