Thank you soo much for your response i really appreciate it,my next doctor appointment is on tuesday so hopefully i should get more info there. Yes I was on some atibiotic after i did my paps. However about three months ago I was having some problems digesting food and my doctor recommend a barium swallow and the results came back normal and after a few weeks it went away and now its back. Hopefully my doctor would recommend something else. I am definetly let you know what she recommends.

The ovarian cyst is small and being "simple" it is harmless.  All the same, sometimes even the small ones cause some pain for being there.  Maybe it's even putting just the right amount of pressure on other organs to be causing the gas, but maybe not.  Simple cysts have the ability to resolve on their own, often in 1 or 2 menstrual cycles. It may hurt when it breaks down though (that's when some free fluid is detected and right now you have none so no cyst has ruptured recently).

Have you taken antibiotics recently?  Your digestive system flora might be a bit off balance.  When that happens to me, I fix it with two weeks of probiotic yogurt.  Or you might have other issues like lactose intolerance or some other food intolerance that causes gas.

Vaginal cysts are benign and often don't need attention unless they cause you discomfort.  Then they can be surgically removed.  If you ever needed a cyst removed surgically, you could then ask to have the vaginal one removed, too, and get everything resolved at the same time.

What recommendations has the doctor made?
