Hello. After multiple tests (ultrasound, ct scan and MRI) I was told I have complex ovarian cysts 5×4 cm on both ovaries and pancreatic cyst that is over 1cm . I have 2 questions. 1. Since I very much refuse and will be refusing contraceptives , how else naturally can I cure ovarian cysts? 2. Can acidic taste in my mouth with coating on my tongue and lower back pain be due to pancreatic cyst?
My symptoms:
-Gassy pain after eating
-Very painful menstrual periods with lots of large clots  (can't go without strong painkillers, sleepless nights due to pain)
-I do feel the right ovarian cyst even when I'm not on my period (when streching or laying on my back)
-Lower back pain
-acidic taste in my mouth with whitish/yellowish coating on my tongue
-I'm tired often. Hard to get up in the morning.

Hopefully, the cysts will resolve on their own so you can avoid surgery. If the cysts continue to grow and you need surgery, seek out a surgeon with good cystectomy skills. Removal of even one ovary can have very serious  consequences since it can cause a surgical type "menopause." And of course, losing both will put you in surgical "menopause" with all its medically documented health risks.

My Dr said that in few months I'll need another ultrasound. If they won't shrink and/or get bigger then yes surgery.  Until then I guess I'll just have to deal with it. I actually started taking natural supplements: DIM supplement, MACA root supplement that is used to remove unwanted pathogens, Womenzym for inflammation and using progesterone cream . Hoping it'll help to avoid surgery. .

Did your doctor suggest surgery to remove the cysts?  Are you open to that?

I just had surgery to remove a 8 cm complex cyst, and my left ovary.
