severe elvic pain

I have had severe pelvic pain for 3 1/2 yrs now. Every since I had an emergency c- section with my daughter. I am 24 yrs old and feel 80. My symptons are shooting pain in my pelvic are that goes down my legs, severe pain with intercourse, when its cold out side, during my menstrual, when I try to sleep, when active such as working etc, stressed, during a bowel movement, pain when I urinate (before and after), pain worsens at night. I have had so many MRI's, ultra sounds, x-rays, pap test.3 1/2 half yrs later they found my uterus is enlarged, I have a complex cyst with internal echoes with in the left ovary, small follicles in the right ovary, trace amount of fluids in my cul-de-sac, thick endometrial stripe. What s this and whats it caused from. (Bad labor) or is even my pain? I have heard I could have Fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, Endometriosis etc. I can never get a real answer and it seems like I just keep getting passed from one doc to another. I have been taking up to 12 tylonel a day for 3 1/2 yrs and I am so tired depressed, weak and stress over this. I have a beautiful little girl that needs me and I am lost I really have no more places to go! Can someone help me?...... If I do not die from whats wrong with me I will with liver failure, kidney failure. I am so lost.....

i agree with sandy ... i strongly suggest u get a referral from the gyn to a gyn oncologist ... reason being is that they are experts in the women's repro area and experts in women's cancer so either way u will win :)  ur pain sounds so much like endometriomas especially with the appearance of the complex cyst and thicked stripe ... try to get the gyn to order a contrast medium abdominal/pelvic ct for u to take to the gyn onc ... those docs are the only kind trained to deal in all the diff issues u seem to have going on
god bless u

Are you seeing a Gynecologist ? What are they planning to do regarding the cyst? .. don't worry about the follicles.. perfectly normal ..

If you don't have a Gynecologist, I suggest you get a referral for one and discuss at least the cyst question. Most of the time they will just monitor it for a few months to see if it enlarges or disappears completely .

Unfortunately, you might have different issues, and unfortunately we're not Dr's.. but it would be wise to take a list of all of your symptoms and present them..
Sorry you're having such a time of it.

Let us know,
Sandy
