i have no idea if it delays your period but you need to be a day late for your period to have a postitve home test result. but it doesnt sound like you really had a period?! sorry i just dont know

I had the same thing. Had a cyst that ruptured and bled on 7/23 dr's figure I ovulated around the 19th. Also I had mirena removed on july 2 only had period from the 5th to the 8th and now no period in sight. Can this delay mensus? Or at what point should I see dr to make sure pregnancy isn't a possibility? Extremly tired all the time as well. Any thoughts?

Have you been checked for anemia lately?  Cysts can cause heavy periods which can lead to anemia.

I have never heard of fatigue being a specific symptom of an ovarian cyst.  However, your hormonal balance can be affected which may lead to greater fatigue.
