dont think about it to muchand when you go somewhere get someone to ride with you that can dricve and that has there license
Dont focus on the accident it is our thoughts that make us feel bad, a trauma can make you feel like this for many months, but it does pass most times, when you feel you are focusing on the crash switch your thoughts to something else, and keep doing it, that worked for me after a trauma 3 years ago
i was in a head-on collision in oct. i hit my head on the steering wheel too try getting in the car and drive at odd hours of the day so traffic is light when u feel safe again go driving ok :)
