Hi drifter0213, I might be too late on answering this but I'll give it a try anyway. I talked to my husband who is 100% disabled through the VA, and he said, which you might already know, contact your VSO, Veteran service officer, in your local area. He's the one who handles those things. He said they know everything about that stuff, that's what they do. Hope all works out for you, have a great day.
