I dont think so but it may be a good idea to ask a Doc if you think you are , its probably some anxiety due to the circumstances of the case you were involved in, possibly you felt some guilt because you wre a witness, what you have to do now is stop dwelling on it.I expect your thoughts constantly drift over to it, our thoughts nearly always make us feel bad.Next time you start thinking about it tell your self NO I will not do this, and make a positive effort to switch to other positive thought or get doing something, have you noticed that we feel worse when we are not occupied,I have read a brilliant book that helped me a few years ago through an anxiuos time ,its by Richard Carlson called 'Slowing down to the Speed of Life' he tells us in the book ....Its impossible to experience any negative feeling without frist creating a negative corresponding thought. The truth is, our thinking will always create the reality we perceive . Good luck hope it gets better ...
