not really a question tbh

hey people this isnt really a question didnt no how else to tell you this but you have all been through sum bad thing s by the sounds of it i had really bad anxiety and im only 17 i found my boyfriend dead when i was 13 he had an abscess on his brain :( for the past year i have had sick thoughts that im guna die and my family n friends and a single bit of pain i got i automatically assumed it was
somethin terrible but now i face anxiety and look at it like WHERE ALL GOING TO DIE AT SOME POINT and im nearly fighting anxiety away dont ever let anyone tell you your crazy because your not! i got so confused when i started having anxiety my heart would flicker my eyesight would go poor and feel scared for no reason and i would shut everyone out its on horrible illness to go through

Its good to be able to talk through anxieties you have is there any counsellor you can speak to, you had a trauma when he died and it takes time to accept that,talking  to someone brings it out , make sure you are busy have friends, keep your thoughts positive, try not to look back too much as it will make you anxious., what about sport and exercise they help a lot..you are here take a look at the forums and groups we have teen forums ,you can make friends with other members who you will be able to help ..Good luck
