The sound of paper being ruffled or pages turning in a book.
Getting a paper cut.
Seeing knives even if the blades are mostly hidden by a wooden block. Just seeing the edges of those knives and the handles triggers me. Makes my skin crawl.
The sound of someone sharpening knives.
Bloody meat.
Rare steak or hamburger.
Certain smells especially anything rotting or musty.
Marine rope or rope which is shaped into a noose.
Being outdoors.
Seeing snow along side roads.
Riding on boats, especially over open ocean.
Basements
