I am currently using 8mg of buprenorphine,1800mg of gabapentin and 150mg of wellbutrin daily as medicine for pain management and nerve pain. Now I'cant obtain gabapentin anymore and would like to transfer to oxycodone 120mg daily as a substitute for buprenorphine and gabapentin.I would like to know is such change possible. Thanks

I am thinking that 60mg of oxycodone every 12 hours will do,plus I will
use one type of medication that will cover buprenorphine and gabapentin.
Every opiate that i tried works differently and  oxycodone works really good
on my back pain.Buprenorphine is good painkiller also but after 8 months use
I need alternation to buprenorphine and gabapentin. Also gabapentin is medication for epilepsy and nerve pain and after one year use doesn't work anymore so switching from one opiate to another in my case is better than raising the dose of current medication.
THANK YOU FOR ALL COMMENTS I REALLY NEED SOME ADVICE

I am not really familular with the dosage of the buprenorphine and gabapentin.  However 120mg of oxycodone is a huge amount are you planning on taking that doge all at one time?  I take 60mgs aday 15mg every 4-6 hrs.  Plus I am on fentenyl patches 100mcg every 72 hrs.  The best Idea is to speek with you dr to see if the change can be made watch how you word the questions drs dont like to be told what to do they would rather think its they are the one to come up with the idea.  Good luck.
