8 years of bones pains

Dear Sir,
I write for my boyfriend. He’s been suffering for many years (about 8) from pains in many parts of the body: ankle, knee, groin, back, ear… He has made a lot of medical examinations but we never found a solution.  They  have rejected the possibility of fibromyalgia and now are considering the hypothesis of osteophytes. We need however the help of a very qualified staff about bones pains, we are looking for a specialized clinic in Europe where they could help us. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you very much.

Have you been to all the specialists?  Internists, rheumatologists, spinal doctors?  It is possible he has a systemic, autoimmune disease like lupus or RA?  Did they check for Multiple Sclerosis?  Has he had MRI's?  

I'm sure you've done all of this, but just some thoughts?
