ARNA Gave me 10mg Methodone , been on Kratom since Feb 2019 , breaks 2016 - mid 2018
I am an EMS Instructor Intern. I'm post-op been taking Kratom since early 2019, then a large break started 2016-2018. OR gave me 10mg. when can I take make the next dose of kratom? Kratom and Suboxone both have a 24-hour half-life with methadone around 48-54 hours. I'm in pain. when can I take my next dose?, Some doctors say to wait 68-72 hours after??? I have Scheuermann's disease in Mid to upper back with Low Backbone spur. please any doctors to answer our questions.

Unfortunately I don’t have an answer for you. Kratom is not approved for use in the USA, although some former pain patients seem to feel it helps with pain. There are some potentially serious adverse reactions to its use, including addiction when stopping and prolonged withdrawal symptoms.
You don’t say what the drug was you were given 10 mg of or how long ago you took it.
Ice and heat patches can ease muscle pain, and some topical over the counter pain relievers may help.
