Anyone from Wisconsin?

Hi,
I live north of Milwaukee, WI & have been trying to find a pain doctor forever now.  I have Fibro, CFS & Multiple Sclerosis...
I was with a clinic & my pain doc moved out of state so I have to start over.  I've tried several & they all say they can't help me b/c I'm already on some Fibro meds & the others haven't worked for me.  Basically, I know that morphine & oxycodone help with my pain immensely & since June, I have pretty much been confined to my home b/c the pain is so bad.  I was fired from my job after disclosing my diagnosis & am afraid to even look for another because my pain levels are through the roof & obviously would miss work due to it.
Can anyone help suggest a good pain doc that will take me seriosly?  I know research has shown narcotics don't work for most Fibro but I have MS as well & have a track record of improvement from the pain meds.
