Arm hurts when bent, something is inside my arm

This problem is bugging me so much.
Two years ago or so I dropped my head on my inner elbow (on my left arm) and I felt like I got bruised.
Few weeks later the pain sustained.
And now I went to hospital and got it X-ray scanned, and it seems like something is pressing on my inner arm and is causing the pain.
X-ray showed that there was a small, less than 1 inch unidentified object right above where the nerves go.
Doctor administered some kind of milky white injection (which I suspect is a very strong antiinflammatory drug and painkiller) around the mysterious thing, by rotating the angle of the needle after each 1ml or so while the needle was still inside the skin (not like drill press, but like what you do to get tapered holes with hand drill)
I have no idea what this is called, but applying negative pressure on the affected area does make it slightly better.
Bending the arm causes either arm itself or the skin to push on the object, causing pain.

Please help me finding out what this is and possible solutions for this issue.

Probably a fatty tissue clump. It could be an inflamed lymph node. I have them in my legs. The Dr should have done a biopsy while he was torturing you. :)  Next time, ask for a biopsy.

Oh. Don't bend your arm and the pain will go away. :D
