Constant Pain

I am a 24 year old female. Up until last summer I have been very active. I am a fastpitch softball pitcher. I just graduated college and moved to a new city and got a desk job where I am not as active. When I was younger I was diagnosed with growning pains. Now that I am not growing anymore I still get the pains. Even when I was active I had to wear different kinds of braces and tape, so the pain was always there, but now that I am not as active, It seems to hurt so much more. I have a membership to a gym, but whenever I workout, it hurts so much, I often bring myself to tears. (I'm not a big crier). So Basically I have had back, knee, ankle, and elbow pain since I can remember. Since college I have added on hip, feet, and headaches. I want to know if there is anything I can do for the pain. I have anticardiolipin antibodies so I am on blood thinners, which means I can't take anti-inflamatories or pain killers. I ice my knees and that helps,  but when I ice/heat the others it doesn't seem to help. I stretch, but that hurts too... please anyone with suggestions please help

Is it possible you have an auto-immune disease, like Rheumatoid Arthritis or Fibromyalgia or Lupus?  Have you ever been tested for these?  It sounds like something joint and muscle related.  It's possible that when you were younger the *growing pains* were Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis or something.  I'm not a doctor, but I don't think it's normal for someone as young as you to have so much pain.
