Crazy foot issue makes standing or walking unbearable after just a few mins

Ok, I posted this back in August but didn't get any answer, so could somebody please help this time.

I have had this foot issue since high school and I am 25 now and it has gotten worse this year. I can't stand or walk for more than 15 mins without my feet feeling like the bones are sticking through the bottom of my feet. The heel of my foot is the main pain spot but also my ankles, bottom middle of foot and lower leg can all end up hurting. The longer I stand or walk the more my foot and lower leg, ankle hurts. I used to be able to stand or walk for 2 hrs before it would have this crazy stabbing in the bottom of my heel of my foot pain and soreness in my bottom middle of foot, ankle and lower leg areas. I used to play the quad drums and bass drum in school for marching band and I would always have to lean back on the heel of my foot to balance the weight and after all those years of playing heavy drums I kinda naturally lean back when I walk so more pressure is put on the heel of the feet. I don't know if that's why I have this pain issue or not. I also am a very un-active person cuz I have depression issues and lay around watching tv and playing games on the computer all day to distract myself from all the stress in my life. So obviously there was no vigorous activities i was doing to cuz this pain I have. And since this pain has gotten worse i really can't do hardly anything but lay around watching tv and playing on the computer. It hurts to just walk out and stand long enough to feed my chickens out in my barn or tend to my dogs and cats cuz just walking and standing for 15 mins hurts bad so my husband has to tend to the animals for me sometimes. If I go outside to hang laundry on the clothesline my feet always hurt when I come back inside, standing to wash many dishes kills my feet...it is just so annoying that I can't move around without being in pain. Even laying in my bed with my feet straight out in front of my with toes up in the air hurts and I have a memory foam bed topper, it's so crazy how easily my feet get to hurting. It ***** so bad cuz my house is so messy now since I can't clean much of anything cuz it requires standing and walking around for the most part. And I have gained a lot of weight and I can't even stand in front of my tv and do some Wii Fit without my feet hurting. Please somebody help, what is wrong with my feet and causing this pain? I am currently trying to find a new doctor cuz my current one didn't give a damn and didn't wanna help with any of my health issues so I got tired of medical bills adding up and no health issues getting any better and since I lost my job, have no health insurance and all the bills are two months behind since my hubby is the only one working and we really struggling it looks like it gonna be a while before I can find a new doctor. So someone on here please help if you have any idea what might be causing my weird foot pain.

Hi Sunni, Well the first thing you need to do is relearn you walking posture, you need to start walking by leaning forwards, and once you have remastered that, which will take sometime, but one thing is get some new boots, for extra surport, and only use these for you new style of walking, reson because of the way your now walking, no doubt your shoes are worn in a funny way, I think once you can do this the pains should ease.

Hi there, I'm sorry your in such pain. First thing i would do is maybe check to see if your local hospital has a charity program, many of them do where if you meet income guidelines you can get free care, so I would start with that. As for your pain ,I'm really not sure, it could be gout, it could even be something in your back radiating pain down to your feet. I would check into the hospital thing and get x-rays of your feet and back and possibly an MRI depending. I wish you good luck.
