If the Dilaudid is for breakthrough pain then I figure you are on something else also. Though it is a bad sign if you like the energy they give you, beware it WILL turn on you. Good luck!!
I gonna give you a big NO to that question. Especially if you are running some type of equipment. Technically you can be arrested for DUI if you take it and drive a car. It will make you very drowsy unless you built up a great tolerance from using oxys. BTW why did your doctor switch you from oxys to Dilaudid? Thats usually not the course of action that a doc takes when dealing with pain meds.
My question is can I take it at work were doing physical labor
Because that's what my doc just gave me and i don't want too go to work all lazy and groggy when i was on oxy they gave me energy so im off oxy but scared to take Dilaudid
shallow breathing, slow heartbeat; seizure (convulsions); cold, clammy skin;
confusion; severe weakness or dizziness; or feeling light-headed, fainting.
These are the side effects, never found anything about giving energy.
Morphine is a pretty heavy drug and really bad for the liver. I echo the above , why do you ask?
