Do I Have Carpal Tunnel? Advice Needed

At random I noticed that my right arm started hurting. It made my hand hurt after a while because it started to feel tingly. Now I noticed that my forearm looks swollen and it still hurts. My wrist isn't the problem either. At times my hand will feel tingly and I'll get little pain in between the middle and ring finger. I seriously have no idea what caused this. I haven't injured my arm at all. I don't even type that much either. I have been wearing a brace but it doesn't really make a difference. So do I have carpal tunnel? What can I do in the mean time so it won't get worse? I don't want to get surgery since I'm only 18. Any advice? Thanks.

My advice is that no one here can tell you what's wrong with your hands and wrist without medical examination.

Please make an appointment with your doctor and work this up.
